About the Role
To help achieve our vision we have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced PMO Analyst. The successful candidate will enable and support efficient management of Guinness's change Portfolio through analysis and provision of performance related data; to ensure value is driven across the whole of our Change Portfolio, continuously improving processes and solutions to enable more effective delivery methods.

About You

You'll not only be a knowledgeable & experienced PMO Analyst, but you'll also be able to demonstrate:

Exceptional knowledge, and experience as a practitioner, of Portfolio, Programme and Project management methodology, tools and systems.
Advanced experience of utilising and continuously improving PPM tools to support project and programme delivery, and portfolio management such as Plan View
Proven experience of project lifecycles, project delivery, methodologies, software, and developing / documenting standards, processes, and procedures.
Experience in the use of delivery and collaboration tools (i.e. Planview, DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams).
Portfolio Management experience supporting the full Portfolio lifecycle.
Experience of Financial analytics and Reporting to Senior Stakeholders
Excellent Portfolio Reporting skills with experience of reporting to Senior Stakeholders
Excellent Business analytical skills & understanding of Risk at all levels of the Portfolio.
Excellent Resource Management skills, Planning and controlling.
Experience of driving governance standards across the Portfolio
Excellent oral and written communications with experience of dealing with a large range of differing Stakeholders & cross-functional teams across the Business.
Excellent data analysis and analytical skills utilising a variety of differing applications.
Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular MS Project. Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, Word,
Ability to work effectively without elevated levels of supervision.
Demonstrates the Guinness behaviours.

Essential Qualifications:

Educated to degree level and / or appropriate professional qualifications

Desirable Qualifications:

PMO, Portfolio, Programme, Project Management Certifications e.g., P30, MoP or equivalent. Project Management Certification
